Policies
 CHECK
IN/OUT TIME:
Check
in time is 3:00 p.m. Early check in times are allowed with prior
approval and only when the property has been cleaned and ready for
occupancy. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. There is an extra charge
for late check out and prior approval is needed.
 TELEPHONES:
You
can make as many local calls as you wish. Phones do not permit long
distance calls, you must use your phone calling card.
 PETS:
We
allow pets at Capitola properties except Pleasure Point Inn. Prior permission
must be granted. Specific rules must be followed. An additional pet
deposit may be required.
 SMOKING:
Smoking
is not permitted inside. Outside smoking is permitted but please
do not litter.
 CLEANING
REQUIREMENTS:
You
are required to leave the property in the same general condition it
was when you arrived. Dishes should be cleaned and put away but beds
do not need to be made. We will dust, vacuum, sanitize, and clean all
towels and linens upon your departure. If additional cleaning is required,
appropriate charges will be deducted from your security deposit.
 WHAT
WE SUPPLY:
We
will supply all towels, linens, pillows, blankets, a fully equipped
kitchen, TV's, VCR's, stereo with CD player, gas grill, outdoor furniture
and limited paper products.
